PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND ASSOCIATE
We provide any kind of service a businessman might need in Portugal. Our services range from the personal assistant (or secretary) to a business aid (or associate).
We can: a) Make telephone calls, inquiries and requests (in your absence) and handle them to you in your language;
b)
Make appointments and schedule meetings before you arrive; c) Carry out background research and present findings in your language; d) Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, including trans-lation to and from Portuguese; e) Provide transport, food, accommodation, and general assistance during your stay.
BASIC PACKAGE
Our basic package includes arranging transport and accommodation (prior to your arrival), then picking you up from the Airport, taking you to the Hotel, to restaurants of your choice, to your business meetings and helping you with any communication problems. And if you are still up to it we can also tour you around in the nightlife of your choice. We provide full time assistance.
NEED TO MEET SOMEONE?
You need a meeting with someone you haven't even met? Someone inaccessible or holding office? Someone whose secretary does not speak any foreign languages? You need our help. We can arrange a meeting with anyone anywhere in Portugal. We can also deliver any kind of information (or press kit) on your behalf, personally or by hand. Our services provide access to any governmental, financial or industrial entity. We don't waste time with gate keepers, we go directly to the person in charge.

Having trouble explaining yourself to people who do not speak the language? Who live in a different business environment? Or come from a different culture? You need our help.
